For our client Burkhardt und Löffler, we designed a modern and flexible meeting room that is ideal for both internal meetings and international client visits. At the heart of the project was the challenge of creating a space that could be used in a variety of ways – whether for traditional meetings or as an event room. A stylish lounge corner also offers the opportunity for informal discussions in a relaxed atmosphere.

During planning and implementation, we placed particular emphasis on an appealing interior design. Concrete-look walls and a sophisticated acoustic concept ensure a modern yet functional environment. The media technology meets the latest standards and enables efficient collaboration at an international level.

From comprehensive advice and 2D and 3D planning with photorealistic renderings to the sampling of surfaces and technology – our team realized the project with high-quality products from König und Neurath, SEDUS and BenQ. The precise assembly was professionally implemented by our experienced carpenters.

The realization in 2024 shows how flexible and future-oriented meeting rooms can be designed today – with well thought-out solutions that adapt seamlessly to the requirements of a global business environment.
