For Sparkasse Amberg-Sulzbach, we were able to carry out the comprehensive modernisation of the office space as general contractor. Across an area of around 5,900 m², a contemporary, functional and pleasant working environment was created in approximately five months – while banking operations continued without interruption.

From planning and the coordination of all trades through to final implementation, the project was entirely in our hands. In addition to new floor coverings, painting work and drywall construction, the scope of services also included modern air-conditioning and shading solutions, the acoustic optimisation of the rooms and the furnishing of around 200 workstations.

Particular attention was paid to careful construction scheduling: the individual areas were renovated in stages so that the Sparkasse’s daily operations could continue as smoothly as possible. Complemented by a newly designed canteen and attractive communal areas, the result is a working environment that supports comfort, concentration and collaboration in equal measure.

The result is a holistically modernised spatial concept that combines functional requirements with a high-quality, welcoming atmosphere – efficiently implemented, precisely coordinated and tailored to the needs of the employees.
